  4. JNU Library has computers and scanners with screens, reading and speech software. 22 international online databases of about 10,000 full text journals. 4,500 full text scholarly electronic journals.
  5. Library of Punjab University with special software to convert the contents of books into audio records.
  6. University of Calcutta has ‘Digital Braille Library and Audio Recording Workstation’.
